Challenge:
Family-owned insurance brokerage sought out BackLot to create a web site. Gotham had been in business for over 40 years, and it had not updated its logo or collateral. Gotham's target market is primarily urban, apartment dwelling, young professionals, so BackLot realized that an image overhaul was also necessary.

Solution:
BackLot created a fresh logo, tagline "Insurance in a New York Minute" and overall image that spoke to busy, sophisticated New Yorkers. www.gothambrokerage.com has a vibrant, colorful design and an urban feel to play off the name Gotham and welcome a young, urban clientele. To meet the client's schedule, all of the above was accomplished in just one and one half months.

Summary:
The web site began generating qualified leads immediately and it is now Gotham's best lead source. BackLot has since developed a successful print and direct mail campaign for this client that is generating powerful results.
